DELIVERY and RETURNS

Last Chistmas posting dates for overseas orders royal mail website

Last orders before Christmas must be placed before 10 am Friday 21 Dec to ensure shipping before we close. 

 

These T&C's apply to orders placed through the Pop Boutique website and not our shops.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

Residents in the UK are entitled to free standard delivery on any order.

Eu customers are entitled to free standard delivery on all orders of £100 or over made in a single transaction online at www.pop-boutique.com

Rest of the world customers are entitled to free standard delivery on all orders of £175 or over made in a single transaction online at www.pop-boutique.com

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)

Orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 4 working days excluding Northern Ireland.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)

Express  delivery (£4.50) orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 1 - 2 working days when ordered before 3pm Monday – Thursday, orders placed after 3.00pm Mon - Thurs will be shipped the next day. Items ordered before 11.00am on Fridays will ship the same day to arrive the next working day, orders after 11.00am Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day* ( *excluding bank holidays see below. Courier dpd do not deliver weekends or bank holidays). Exclusions include Northern Ireland, Isle of man, Channel Islands and some highland areas which cannot be guaranteed 1 - 2 day. ( also see bank holiday deliveries below)

 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY

Most standard delivery service parcels will reach their destination within two weeks in the EU & 3 weeks rest of the world. However some destinations may require additional time for parcels to arrive.

International

All orders are shipped from the UK any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, we do not "mark down" the value of parcels to evade local import taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary country to country. If you have any questions regarding customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office

If your order is being delivered to Northern Ireland, AB postcode area, the highlands or the islands please be aware it does take longer to deliver to these addresses. Please allow three working days after receiving a dispatch email for your parcel to reach you before querying the delivery as we are unable to begin an investigation before then.

Returns

 Christmas Returns-

  Items bought between 1 December & 21 December 2018 will have extended returns time until 25 Jan 2019.

 

We promise to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable* condition by post within 28 days of the invoice date. (Rest of the world return within 6 weeks of invoice date)


Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, we recommend a tracked/ insured service to cover for loss or damage, use of these is up to the customer , but you will not be able to claim compensation for items if they are lost & no cover is used.

*Saleable condition is defined as unworn, in the same condition as the item was sent out in, not smelling of tobacco smoke, perfume or laundry detergent.

 Orders cannot be returned to or exchanged at our shops, all items must be sent to the address below.

 Please include the original invoice and the returns slip indicating if you would like a refund or an exchange (exchanges can only be for same item a in different size or colour).

 We do not refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty, has a manufacturing problem or you were sent the incorrect item.
